Cindy serves as Director of Engineering Services at Yanfeng Automotive, where she leads the delivery of innovative technical solutions spanning the full spectrum from engineering to manufacturing. With more than three decades of experience, she has spearheaded transformative enterprise change initiatives across diverse organizations enabling businesses to leverage technology for measurable gains in quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Recognized for her ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies, Cindy bridges the gap between engineering innovation and practical execution. Her leadership style fosters collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders, consistently driving improvement, sustainable growth, and competitive advantages.

Cindy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Wayne State University and a Masters in Science in Engineering Management from Western University. She is CM2 and CMMI certified

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time at the lake with her family - including her dog, Minnie, and 4 “grand-dogs” She and her husband share a love for woodworking and skiing, pursuits that reflect her creativity, precision and adventurous spirit.
