Dr. Sandra J. Guerra is a distinguished HR leader, executive coach, and educator with over 20 years of experience. As the Head of HR for North America at Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa, she spearheads HR strategies crucial to the energy transition. Sandra is renowned for her expertise in facilitating large-scale strategic initiatives and implementing HR practices that engage the workforce, with a strong emphasis on diversity, belonging, and mental wellness.
A firm believer in lifelong learning, Sandra holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, an MBA in Management, and a BS in Health Care Management. Her commitment to excellence is demonstrated by her certifications with SHRM (SCP), HRCI (SPHR), and the NACC (BCC).
Beyond her corporate roles, Sandra contributes to academia as an adjunct faculty member and serves on advisory boards, including AscentPoint Leadership and Harvard Medical School’s Future of Workforce Health Advisory Council.
