Ken Tripp

Senior Vice President Global Supply Chain & Logistics, Zimmer Biomet

Ken has over 30 years of experience in medical device operations. Ken has had positions of increasing responsibility in finance, logistics, operational quality, sustaining engineering, operational excellence, site leadership, and manufacturing. Ken has had executive roles and responsibilities with Covidien, Medtronic, and Cardinal Health before starting his career as head of operations with Zimmer Biomet in March 2018.

Ken is also a retired Navy veteran having served 25 years in the US Navy and Navy Reserve as part of the Naval Coastal and Riverine Warfare community. Ken served two tours in support of Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. Ken earned his MBA in 2014, with a focused track in organizational strategy from Ashford University.
