CM2 in Action: Scaling Configuration Management for Enterprise-Wide Excellence

Martin Haket will take attendees deeper into how world-class organizations like ASML operationalize CM2 to achieve enterprise-wide impact. This session will focus on how to scale Configuration Management across all functions—from engineering to manufacturing to customer service—ensuring that products, processes, and people remain fully aligned throughout the product lifecycle.

Through real-world examples, Martin will demonstrate how a disciplined CM2 approach:

  • Drives global standardization and process consistency across complex product ecosystems
  • Enables scalable product and service quality, reducing errors and rework
  • Supports cross-functional collaboration, ensuring engineering changes flow seamlessly to manufacturing and field service
  • Transforms Configuration Management from a compliance requirement into a strategic driver of customer satisfaction and competitive advantage

Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how to move from implementing CM2 to fully embedding it as an enterprise capability, ensuring that operational excellence becomes a repeatable and scalable outcome.
