Moe Greenidge is a distinguished leader whose career spans over two decades of transformative impact in military, academic, and business environments. As a dedicated military veteran, Moe served 20 years in the United States Air Force, where he excelled as a Chief of Staff–Operations and Career Functional Manager, overseeing global leadership development initiatives for 30,000 members across 43 departments. His expertise in organizational development, cross-functional team leadership, and talent management has earned him recognition as a 2x “Leadership Instructor of the Year” and as a Certified International Leadership Instructor with over 3,000 podium hours.

Transitioning seamlessly into the business and academic sectors, Moe has shaped the next generation of leaders as an Advisor to Alpha Kappa Psi, the nation’s premier professional business fraternity. At the University of Central Florida, he developed and facilitated leadership programs focused on scholarship, DE&I, community service, and organizational excellence. His strategic guidance has empowered executive teams, driven successful change management initiatives, and fostered high-performing, diverse teams.

Moe’s consulting work with The Great Ones Add Value LLC and currently directing Board Relations with Goodwill Industries of Central Florida further demonstrates his commitment to embedding innovative leadership solutions and mentoring professionals at every level. His mantra, “The great ones add value,” is reflected in his approach to executive board relations, culture building, and leadership development.

A sought-after speaker and facilitator, Moe has presented at regional conferences, led DE&I initiatives recognized as “Outstanding,” and managed multi-million dollar budgets for career and professional development. His academic credentials include an MBA and Master of Sport Business Management from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Science in Management, Strategy & Leadership from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from National Louis University.
