Roy Ward is an American entrepreneur and the President and CEO of PREGAME®, a sports technology startup focused on revolutionizing athletic warm-ups . A former medical device sales executive and youth sports coach, Ward launched PREGAME to emphasize proactive preparation and injury prevention in fitness routines . Under his leadership, the company is developing innovative wearable tech and content (e.g. warm-up mixes and community apps) aimed at making warm-up routines engaging and “cool.” Ward draws on 20 years in the medical industry, including partnerships built during his time at Stryker and other firms, to drive PREGAME’s growth .
